Our products are based on a prepaid basis as standard. This means that you pay for the product in advance. If you do not want to renew it, it will be automatically deleted. There is no contract period for our prepaid products. If you already know that you no longer need a product, we recommend that you cancel it in good time. Otherwise, an invoice for the corresponding product will be generated automatically, but this will be automatically canceled after 3 days.
However, some of our products are contract-based. These are explicitly marked. These products may have either a minimum contract term or a notice period.
