When you top up your credit or order a product, an invoice is automatically generated. Please note that this invoice must be paid within the specified period to ensure that your product or service remains active. However, there is no obligation to pay it.

For products that have not been canceled, an invoice will be generated automatically 7 days before the expiration date. It is important to pay this invoice on time to avoid any interruption to your service. If payment is not received, the product in question will be temporarily blocked the next day and irrevocably deleted the following day. Please note, however, that the automatically generated invoice will be automatically canceled after 3 days.
