Are there any contractual obligations?
Most of our products are based on a prepaid system. There are no minimum contract terms or notice periods. If a product expires and is not renewed, it is first blocked and then deleted after one day.
Our system automatically generates an invoice for renewal 7 days before the product expires. For prepaid products, however, payment of this invoice is optional. We also offer products with minimum contract terms or notice periods, but these are clearly marked.
What data is required for registration?
To register, we only need the following information: First and last name, e-mail address and a password for your user account. Registration is free of charge. To order domains, you also need to provide your full address and telephone number. This information is recorded during the ordering process and transmitted to the relevant registry.
Are there any additional costs?
No, there are no hidden or additional costs with us. Support is also completely free of charge. If external or special support is required, which is subject to a charge, this will only be used with the prior, clear consent of the customer and detailed information about the costs incurred.
Is it possible to overdraw the credit?
If credit has been loaded onto the account, only the amount previously deposited can be used. It is not possible to overdraw the credit, so you always retain full cost control.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay for products directly when ordering or renewing or use existing credit. You are free to decide whether you want to use the top-up credit for a new order or renewal or pay the invoice directly using one of the available payment methods. If you do not have sufficient credit for a renewal or the desired payment method does not have sufficient funds, you can contact our support team at any time. Together we will find a solution so that your products remain available.
